This pint stein belonged to my late father-in-law Capt. Phil Kroon, who served in the U.S. Army artillery in the European Theatre of World War II.
It commemorates the service of the 208th and 124th Field Artillery Battalions. On the reverse is a list of these campaigns:
- Normandy
- Northern France
- Central Europe
- Ardennes-Alsace
- Rhineland
It was given to attendees of a reunion of the veterans of the 208th and 124th.
