Doin' good

Arkansas is a state of do-gooders.
Everytime I greet someone with, or respond to, "How're you doing?" I get the response, "I'm doin' good."
It's never "fine (fahn)" or "OK," it's always the grammatically incorrect "good."
So I guess I'm doin' pretty good today.
