ST. FRANCIS, Kans. – It’s 7:15 a.m. and the sun isn’t up yet here on 
the western edge of the Central Time Zone.
The temperature is 60 degrees and it’s very foggy, so I’m in no rush to get onto the road.
I’m going to shower, pack, help myself to the continental breakfast in the motel office, gas the bike and then mosey on to Colorado.
