Dora is one year old today, so knowing how much she hates party hats, we decorated her with Mardi Gras beads. She wasn't crazy about them either. You may recall how she stole Jack's party hat on his second birthday last Sept. 1. Jack returned the favor and made off with a strand of beads.
Dora has been a wonderful gift and she and Jack have helped us stay grounded during the past year of turmoil, challenges and uncertainty.
