THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT FROM 4 AM TO 10 PM CDT THURSDAY.
A MIXTURE OF RAIN AND SLEET MAY BEGIN TO AFFECT NORTHEAST ARKANSAS AND THE MISSOURI BOOTHEEL AFTER MIDNIGHT. BY SUNRISE...THIS MIXTURE WILL CHANGE TO SLEET AND EVENTUALLY TO SNOW. SNOW WILL CONTINUE DURING THE REST OF THE DAY ON THURSDAY. SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO TWO INCHES CAN BE EXPECTED.
