No rent check in the mailbox this morning.
So, unless it miraculously appears before midnight tonight, our renter owes an additional $125 in late fees.
What the hell is so hard about writing a check and mailing it in time for it to arrive by the first of the month?
After the garage fiasco in the spring of 2007, I have very little patience with people trying to take financial advantage of me and I think it's time to make our expectations crystal clear to the renters.
