It's amazingly warm here today - 66 degrees - and we were compelled to open the kitchen windows because it was getting unbearably stuffy from the heat of cooking breakfast.
This is not the kind of weather I'm accustomed to during the first week of January, but checking the Weather Channel website, I see it's headed for a high in the 60s today up in Indiana, too.
We also have a strong and gusty wind out of the SSW - 23 mph with gusts to 30 mph - but the dead oak tree in the front yard hasn't shed any more limbs yet.
I think a motorcycle ride is in order for this afternoon.
