Our neighbors listed this property – two lots with an in-ground pool and a detached shop – for sale last May and spent much of the summer looking for a place they liked better.
They couldn’t find any location (read:neighborhood) they liked better and finally took their house off of the market.
That’s a ringing endorsement of our little wooded subdivision. We absolutely love it here. We looked at dozens and dozens of houses eight years ago before we found the house you can see at the top of the drone photo.
We stopped looking the day we toured this house – Sept. 29, 2007. We knew immediately that we had found the home we were looking for. We made an offer the next day and it was accepted that evening. We took possession Oct. 28.
