Here’s our neighbor David Head counting out change for a customer at the Nine Oaks Beef stand this morning at opening day of the 2012 season of the Arkansas State University Farmers Market.
David and wife Cheryl own the ranch on the other side of our woods and raise quality natural beef cattle – no h0rmones and no antibiotics.

David is a good neighbor and has a kind of Sam Elliott vibe about him.
It’s too early for most vegetables, so the market was full of other stuff like plants and geegaws.
