The weather is crappy – sleet turning into rain and temperatures in the mid-30s – but I’m a happy man this morning.
We got the rent check from our Thorntown tenant, our taxes are done with refunds pending for federal and state, my used book sales are doing well, I’m looking forward to lunch at Olive Garden and it’s only three days until the Who play at Super Bowl halftime.
It takes so little to make me happy.
