This is my former sister-in-law Kathy Teerman.
The occasion was a meeting of my then-wife and her two sisters to divvy up their parents' personal effects after the death of their mother in March, 1991.
Their mother had several wigs and Kathy couldn't resist seeing how her German shepherd looked in a wig.
The dog looks strangely pleased.
