This is Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe addressing the local Kiwanis Club today. I can now claim to have met 4 percent of the nation's governors. Beebe comes across as genuine, articulate and competent - all admirable qualities in a governor.
Now, if he rides a motorcycle like Mitch Daniels, the impression will be complete.

What is it with Arkansas and governors with odd last names. Huckabee? Beebe? Just curious. Something easy to say with lazy mouths perhaps? Haha!
